ACCOUNTABILITY 21 is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization founded in 1998 by Beatriz Casals, President and CEO of Casals & Associates, Inc., for the purpose of supporting and expanding global efforts to curb corruption in government and the private sector.  Accountability 21 works to expand education, training, counseling and the general dissemination of knowledge about anticorruption efforts and strategies through its participation in and sponsorship of conferences, seminars and other educational events.
